Denis has made remarkable progress after his stem cell therapy, especially in speech, social interaction, emotional regulation, and school readiness. He now forms 6–8 word sentences, asks questions independently, talks about his day, and keeps short conversations with his family. Socially, he plays role-playing games with his brother, shows more affection, maintains better eye contact, and responds to his name more consistently. Challenging behaviors have decreased significantly — hitting and self-hitting almost disappeared, tantrums are much fewer, and obsessive speech is gone. Denis successfully transitioned from kindergarten to a regular school, where he is learning simple math and showing growing safety awareness. Denis is becoming more communicative, emotionally connected, and socially confident, giving his family renewed hope for the future.
