What Families Notice
Five foods. Maybe six. The same plate, the same colour, the same temperature — and a meal that ends in tears if anything moves.
Selective eating is exhausting because it never stops. It happens three times a day, every day, in front of everyone.
When a child accepts something new, the whole table feels different.
Reported by Families
Trying a new food instead of refusing on sight
Saying “No” instead of pushing the plate away
Tolerating new textures and temperatures
Sitting at the table for longer
Mealtimes that stop being a daily conflict
He’s trying other foods now. Before, he wouldn’t try at all. He would just look at it and turn away.

The Science, Simply
Selective eating in autism is often connected to sensory processing — how the body interprets taste, smell, texture and temperature — which research links to the same biological areas explored elsewhere in the program.
Eating is also inseparable from nutrition, and nutrition is inseparable from sleep, focus and regulation.
Our Holistic Program
Nutrition planning begins before you travel, not after.
Before anything is recommended, our team reviews your child’s age, diagnosis, medical history and current therapies.
Before you travel, a nutrition plan is prepared individually for your child by our dietitian.
After treatment, your family joins a private support group with psychologist and dietitian input, including dietary adjustments where relevant.
For approximately one year, follow-up continues — so new foods can be introduced at a pace that suits your child.
Honest Expectations
Most families describe a widening, not a transformation — a few new foods, less resistance, a calmer table. Progress varies from child to child, and outcomes are never guaranteed.
