Matteo has shown significant progress in understanding and cooperation. He now understands instructions such as fetching objects mostly on the first try. His tantrums have decreased and self-harming behaviors are seen less frequently. He is trying new foods and eating more independently with improved motor skills. His hyperactivity has decreased, and he has started to enjoy walks. Socially, Matteo is more affectionate towards his mother and responds thoughtfully when she is sad. His speech has progressed—he can now form complete sentences like “give me water” and ask questions independently. His writing skills have also improved.
