Rayan’s comprehension skills have improved, and he has successfully completed toilet training. He has acquired new words and can express his needs using multiple words, such as “I want a new vacation in Turkey.” He no longer has toilet accidents and can communicate his needs independently. He is more hyperactive but is making progress in socializing by making better eye contact and developing his pointing skills. He has reduced self-injury. He is more cooperative when asked to stop or when told “no.” His vocabulary has expanded significantly, reaching a range much wider than about 20 words.
