After stem cell therapy, Haider started showing steady and meaningful progress across many areas: he began using more frequent three-word phrases, and showed growing interest in songs and prayers. His understanding of explanations improved significantly, along with eye contact, awareness of his surroundings, and overall cognition. Socially, he became more engaged with other children, waved goodbye, grew very attached to his father, adjusted well to starting state school in London, and showed reduced aggressive behavior over time. His eating habits expanded to include fruits, eggs, broccoli, and vegetables, constipation resolved with diet regulation, hyperactivity and repetitive movements decreased, and he became more flexible with changes.
